Unapologetically Mine

The strongest woman in the room is usually the loneliest one in it.

And the longer you hold it together ~ the further you disappear inside it.

Unapologetically Mine is where that stops. This is the room where you finally say the thing. Where the shame you’re carrying loses its grip because someone else says ‘me too’. Where you walk away feeling the way you feel after a night with your best friends ~ lighter, laughed out, breathing again.

OMG, I need this, tell me more
Sarah portrait

To everyone around you, you have it together.

You’re the one people call. The one who shows up. The one whose house is the one the kids want to be at, whose advice is sought out, whose strength is so consistent that nobody thinks to question it.

But underneath the ‘perfect mother’ facade, you’re exhausted. There are days you don’t want to do any of it. Days you’re bewildered by the fact that you can love them so hard and resent them at the same time.

And underneath that ~ the thing you would never say out loud… is that you’re f*cking terrified that this is just who you are now.

That the woman you used to be…the one with her own desires, her own fire, her own sense of self that had nothing to do with what anyone needed from her, is gone.

You’re secretly ashamed of resenting the people you chose. Of the thoughts you have about being a mother that you’re convinced make you a bad one. Of the things you’ve been through ~ losses, seasons, weights that would have broken most people ~ that you absorbed and kept moving from because there was no other option and nobody thought to ask.

That shame has nowhere to go.
Until now.

You have tried things.

But they weren't it.

Maybe you’ve tried programs.

The ones that promised to help you regulate, reclaim yourself, show up differently as a mother. You did the modules and the journalling prompts and the frameworks. And there were moments where it helped. But you were doing it alone, in the gaps between everything else, adding it to the list of things you had to get through.

Maybe you’ve tried the mothers groups.

They’re good, sure. But nobody really says the thing. Someone will get close…will mention being tired or tapped out or overwhelmed…and then pull back. Because the vibe is not built for that level of honesty. Nobody goes first. So everybody stays surface. And the real life groups run on schedules that don’t fit your life. Which means when you need it the most…the group isn’t actually there to hold you.

Nothing you’ve found has been built for the actual reality of your life...until I built it.

Hi. I’m Sarah.

And I know that woman, the one who’s known as the Martha Stewart of her friend group. The one whose house is always the gathering place, whose strength is the thing everyone counts on, whose life looks like the standard everyone else is measuring themselves against.

I know her because I’ve been her. I still am her, some days.

I’ve been through things I carried alone for years. Losses that broke me in ways I never let show. Seasons so heavy that I’m honestly shocked I survived them. I said I was fine. I got very good at fine.

Here’s the thing I had to learn the hard way: shame only exists in the dark. It doesn’t leave because you manage it. It doesn’t shift because you journal about it, buy the program, or sit in the group and say the safe version of what you’re actually feeling.

The only thing that eliminates shame is dragging it out of the dark and into the light. Saying the REAL thing out loud. To someone who says ~ me too, I know, you’re safe here.

I built Unapologetically Mine because I needed it. Because I’ve smiled through mornings that were breaking me. Because I’ve loved my children with my whole heart and resented them in the same breath and had absolutely nobody to say that to without judgment.

I dragged my shame into the light first. Because shame can’t survive being spoken.

Introducing

Unapologetically Mine

A private community for the woman who has been the strong one for so long she’s forgotten what it feels like to just be a woman. This is where the shame dissolves, the loneliness ends, and she becomes so deeply seen that she starts to see herself again. Her safe place. Her people. The space she’ll never want to leave.

Before

Does this sound familiar?

You wake up before the kids and for one second it’s yours. Then you walk out and there’s a deflated air mattress on the floor, naked Barbies lined up across the sofa, the dog losing its mind, and the list has already started before you’ve touched your coffee.
You love them. God, you love them. And some days you also resent them…and it scares you. You would never say that out loud. So you carry it.
You’ve been through things. Incredible losses, seasons, heaviness and trauma that would have broken most people, but you absorbed it and kept moving. I mean…what choice did you have?
You’re surrounded by people and you have never felt more alone. Not because they don’t love you. Because not one of them know what you’re actually carrying.
You catch yourself going through the motions. Making the dinners, doing the school run, showing up for everyone else’s life…and feeling nothing. Not unhappy. Just hollow.
There are thoughts you have about being a mother, about your life, about the people you chose ~ that you are convinced make you a bad person.
You’ve never said them to anyone. You have nowhere to put them. So they continue to swirl, getting louder and louder.

What happens after you enter Unapologetically Mine.

You say the thing you’re not supposed to say out loud.

And instead of the shock and horror you were bracing for, someone says “omg same.”

Your whole body goes oh.

Shoulders drop. Jaw unclenches. You exhale so deeply you feel it in your f*cking feet.

Finally. Someone had to say it.

Someone says “I love my kids and some days I genuinely think how the hell did they come out of me” and the entire room loses it.

The shame starts to dissolve.

The weight of it, the sheer energy it took just to keep it contained, starts to make room for something you haven’t felt in a long time. Space.

A flicker comes back.

Then a flame. Desires you buried so long ago you forgot they were yours. A version of yourself you actually recognise.

This becomes the first place you go.

The first place you go in the morning and the last place you want to leave at night. Because it is the only place that asks nothing of you ~ and gives everything back.

Inside the container

When you first arrive, you’ll find four opening audio chapters from me ~ pinned at the top of the channel. Start here. These are your initiation into the space and into who I actually am.

Chapter One

Naked Barbies, A Deflated Air Mattress & The Coffee I Actually Deserve

I walk you straight into my real morning: naked Barbies on the floor, deflated air mattress, dog absolutely losing it, kitchen a state. And I make my coffee anyway. This is where we stop pretending to be Martha f*cking Stuart and start being real with each other.

Chapter Two

The Stories I Was Never Supposed To Tell

Trigger warning: suicide and grief

This is the chapter I almost didn’t record. I talk about the losses, the grief, and the shame of how I navigated the hardest things I’ve ever been through ~ things I have never said out loud until now.

Chapter Three

In It ~ What’s Actually Happening In My Life Right Now

I’m in the middle of the hardest season of my life and I’m not going to pretend otherwise. This is what my real life actually looks like right now ~ and why I built this space from inside it rather than waiting until I had it figured out.

Chapter Four

Welcome Home ~ Take Off The Armour

This is your official welcome in. I tell you exactly what this space is, how I’m going to show up, and what I want for every woman inside it. You’ve been performing strength for a long time. You don’t have to do that in here.

After the opening chapters

This is a living, breathing space.

I show up often, when something is alive ~ a voice note from the car, a video from wherever I actually am, a raw check-in about what I’m navigating.

An Intimate Private Telegram Community

Behind the scenes of my own reclamation. In real time. Unfiltered. Some days that looks like something that made me laugh so hard I cried. Some days it’s something that cracked me open. Some days it’s a resource, a tool, a moment of clarity I want to put straight into your hands.

FAQs

Questions before you come in?

I don’t have time for another thing.
This isn’t another thing to add to your list. There are no schedules, no modules, no showing up at a specific time in a specific headspace. You open Telegram when you have two minutes ~ in the car, in the bathroom, while the kettle boils. It lives in your pocket and meets you exactly where you are. The women who need this most are the ones who have the least time. It was built for that reality.
I’m not sure I’m ready to open up like that.
You don’t have to say a single thing until you’re ready. Most women spend the first little while just reading, listening, lurking ~ and realising that what they thought made them broken is actually just what it feels like to be a woman carrying too much alone. The room does the work before you even open your mouth. And when you’re ready ~ it’ll be the safest place you’ve ever said the real thing.
Will anyone actually get what I’m going through?
The women in this room have their own bathroom floor moments, their own buried things, their own version of the chaos you’re navigating. The loneliness you feel right now isn’t because you are uniquely broken. It’s because you have never been in a room where anyone was honest enough to say the real thing first. That’s what this room is for.
Is this just another online community that goes dead after two weeks?
This space is alive because I’m in it. I show up regularly, I read what you share, I respond personally. The Feed keeps moving because my life keeps moving ~ and I’m not going anywhere. This is a living space built around ongoing real presence ~ mine and the women inside it.
$22 feels almost too cheap ~ what’s the catch?
No catch. The founding rate exists because you are coming in first, before the case studies, before the testimonials, before the community has years of momentum behind it. You are backing something at the beginning and the price reflects that. It goes up from here. But the women who come in now lock their rate in for as long as they stay.
